COVID19 CLINIC UPDATE
To our valued clients,
With heartfelt gratitude we thank you for your patience and understanding while we had to close our doors during these uncertain times.
We are happy to announce that we will be gradually opening our doors on Monday, May 11th.
We are asking for your continued patience as we navigate our new normal. New protocols are being implemented for your safety by order of the Government of Canada, our Associations and us; your caring RMTs.
The new changes, guidelines, and protocols are as follows:
All staff and clients are required to use self screening tools provided by Shared Health Manitoba:
Staff schedules have been altered to decrease occupancy within the clinic.
At the moment we are only booking appointments for 1 hour treatments to be able to stagger appointments thus reducing traffic in common areas.
Staff and clients are to use hand sanitizer provided upon entering and exiting the clinic.
Clients are asked to arrive on time and to wait outside the building until they receive confirmation from their therapist to enter.
Our waiting area is closed and social distancing is to be practiced in common areas.
Staff will be sanitizing treatment rooms between each appointment as well as common areas throughout the day.
Client’s belongings including shoes and jackets are to be brought into treatment rooms and stored in containers provided.
It is recommended that clients bring masks to wear during their treatments.
Clients may be required to sign waivers releasing their RMTs accountability if transmission of virus incurs.
Price changes have been implemented to better acknowledge the education, experience, and seniority of each individual RMT. These changes will also assist in covering additional costs associated with our new safety protocols. The new pricing system is as follows:
Tiffany Reagh, RMT $85/hr
Katie Willett, RMT $85/hr
Cheryl Harkness, RMT $90/hr
Kristene Kotch, RMT $90/hr
Further instructions may be provided to you by your Registered Massage Therapist during booking, with your appointment reminder, or at the clinic the day of your appointment.
All is subject to change upon implementation of new protocols or upon request of the Government of Canada or our Professional Associations.
If you have any questions or concerns please contact your RMT directly or call the clinic at 204-475-7533 and we will get back to you at our earliest convenience.
